What kind of fasting should I do?
There are many types of fasting such as Time Restricted Eating (TRE) or Intermittent Fasting, Fasting mimicking diet, Broth and Juice fasts and of course Water Fasting. By doing a thorough Fasting Consultation I am able to recommend which is best for you to reach your specific health goals.
Do you offer supervised fasting support?
Yes both online and in person (covid 19 restrictions permitting). Usually we start with a Fasting Consultation and then during the fast we do a daily Supervision Phone Call where I check in using specific questions to assess how the body is responding to fasting. I offer guidance and direction around commonly experienced symptoms during fasting and also how to refeed safely.

Do you do group supervised water only fasts/fasting programs?
In the future when Covid19 restrictions have eased, Katherine offers supervised water-only fasts within a comprehensive program to support you in the maintenance of a healthy lifestyle. These are conducted in beautiful locations around New Zealand with small groups. An initial fasting consultation / or to have worked with Katherine previously is a prerequisite before being accepted on this program.
